The African National Congress moves without notice: That the House
- notes with sadness the passing on of SABC Radio presenter, preacher, and Crown Gospel Music Awards founder Zanele Mbokazi-Nkambule at Parklands Hospital in Durban on Monday, 12 August 2024, at age 52;
- acknowledges that Zanele Mbokazi-Nkambule was not merely a presenter but a beacon of hope and inspiration in the broadcasting industry;
- remembers that throughout her tenure, she was an integral part of the Ukhozi FM family, spreading love, hope, and inspiration to countless listeners through her uplifting gospel show;
- recalls that the late broadcaster is the author of four books titled This Battle is Not Yours (2005), Push: You Are Closer Than You Think (2015), Before the Vows (2015), and Dear Daughter (2017);
- believes she was an extraordinary woman who exuded humility, kindness, spiritual anointing, and
- extends its heartfelt condolences to her family, friends and her Ukhozi FM family.
