ANC Caucus Statement on death of Ncumisa Kondlo

The ANC Parliamentary Caucus has learned with a profound sense of sadness the death of its Caucus Chairperson and a Member of Parliament, comrade Ncumisa Chwayita Kondlo.
Comrade Kondlo served our country and its people with dedication in various capacities, including as a Member of the ANC National Executive Committee, ANC National Working Committee, MEC, Parliamentary Whip, SACP Deputy Chairperson and as a member of its Central Committee.
Comrade Kondlo will be remembered for the outstanding and passionate role she played towards the democratisation of this country and the excellent service she continued to render to the people of South Africa as they transform into a democratic, non-racial, non-sexist and prosperous society.
The ANC Parliamentary Caucus dips its revolutionary banner in honour of one of the selfless and gallant daughters of our country’s revolution. We send our heart-felt condolences and sympathies to her family, friends and comrades.
