The ANC Caucus has today, Thursday 28 May 2020 congratulated ANC MP and Whip in the National Council of Provinces Anele Benedict Gxoyiya on his assumption of the Office of Public Service Commissioner in the Northern Cape.

As a Delegate of the Northern Cape province to the NCOP since the 23rd May 2019; MP Anele Gxoyiya has served in the following capacities;

Member at Joint Standing Committee on Defence (Joint Committees)
Provincial Whip: NCOP Rules Committee
Select Committee Member on COGTA; Water and Sanitation and Human Settlements
Select Committee on Security and Justice

Through his wealth of experience gained in many years of activism within the Northern Cape in different spheres; the ANC believes that this appointment bodes well for the people of Northern Cape and wishes the incumbent well in his future endeavours.
